As we transition to the 21st Century, our communications to our residents is moving to electronic delivery via email. To make sure you receive all communications, please make sure our office has your current email address. You can do this by sending an email to Linda Seeley, our property manager at cedarpointv6@gmail.com asking her to update your email address.
Board Meetings: are held on the fourth Thursday of each month at 10:00 am at our clubhouse (unless otherwise posted). It is always best to get your information by attending the meetings rather than listening to community gossip. Please check your buildings bulletin board frequently for all posted meetings.
Women’s Club Events: The Women’s Club already has several scheduled events.
- Tues Dec 5, at 1 pm meeting and decorate the community tree. Coffee and donuts will be served;
- Tues Dec 12, at 1pm Christmas luncheon at Dolphin restaurant. Sign up will be at clubhouse, all invited;
- Sat Dec 16, at 5pm, Holiday extravaganza -bring an appetizer to share. We will have a cookie exchange, Holiday songs, Caroling, and 50/50 supporting Women’s Club;
- Tues Jan 9 at 1pm Women’s Club meeting;
- Tues Jan 16, luncheon – Stay tuned for details;
- Sat Jan 20, Welcome Back (Snowbirds) Party – Stay tuned for details
Cedar Pointe Village Six: website will soon be getting a much-needed makeover, thanks to Betty VandenBosch-Warrick. Betty has volunteered to update the look and documents available on our website. Click here to access the website. If you click on Owner’s Page at the top, you will be asked for a password. The password is pointe2020.
Blue Stream Fiber: The latest information we have from our Launch Account Manager, David, received in an email dated November 9, 2023: “After the construction process is complete, we will need to do installs on every unit. This will happen approximately sixty days prior to your go live date, which is November 1st, 2024, we will start Townhall meetings, onsite and call-in registrations. The residents will be educated on the services, introduced to their new Tivo boxes and remotes, and have the opportunity to purchase additional services if they choose. This typically is done in one scheduled visit which can take up to three hours. Should you have a high snowbird demographics we will also have a Zoom Town Hall where they can log in up north and will also be recorded and given to management to send to the residents. They will be able to call-in ahead of their arrival in Florida and have their appointment scheduled in advance.”
2023 Special Assessment: Our community for the most part has been responsive and making your payments for the 2023 special assessment. If you have not made your payment in the amount of $780 to Cedar Point Village Six, please do so by December 1, 2023, to avoid penalties and interest.
Cedar Pointe Village Six: Elections for board members and our Annual Meeting are coming up in February. This information will be mailed via USPS and NOT sent via email. Please make sure the office has your correct mailing address.
