About Village 6
Nestled in the heart of Stuart, Florida, Cedar Pointe Village 6 is a vibrant part of the Cedar Pointe Villages complex. Our community, a proud member of a larger family that includes Villages 1-5, 7, and 8, stands out with its unique charm and character.
As a 55+ community, we’re more than just a place to live; we’re a close-knit group of friends and neighbors. Our location on SE Ocean Boulevard, just before the Hutchinson Island Bridge, puts us in a prime spot. A short drive takes you to the shimmering Atlantic Ocean, Stuart Beach, and a host of other beautiful beaches. For those who love convenience, we’re within walking distance to restaurants, theaters, and shopping, and just a hop away from the buzzing downtown Stuart.
At Village 6, our days are sun-kissed and full of laughter. Our Women’s Club keeps our social calendar buzzing with monthly events and parties, while our card games bring out the competitive spirit in a friendly way.
Our 15 buildings, each a delightful showcase of old-style Florida charm, encase 150 units that reveal a different story inside. While maintaining the classic aesthetic of our mid-1970s origin on the outside, most units have undergone comprehensive modernization. This contrast mirrors our commitment to preserving the timeless allure of our community while embracing the comforts and conveniences of contemporary living. It’s a perfect blend of the old and new, symbolizing the dynamic and evolving spirit of Cedar Pointe Village 6.
We pride ourselves on being financially sound, with a Board of Directors that skillfully navigates our community’s needs. The appeal of our units, a blend of location, charm, and value, often sees them being snapped up before they even hit the market.
Our weather is a constant delight – sunny skies, perfect 80°F temperatures, and a gentle breeze from the sea. Whether you’re into golfing, fishing, or just a leisurely day at the beach, Village 6 is your gateway to a life of relaxation and enjoyment.
Join us at Cedar Pointe Village 6, where every day is an opportunity to live life to the fullest in one of Florida’s most beautiful and peaceful retirement communities.
