Recipe of the Quarter: submitted by Joann Casciano.

GARLIC PRETZELS
3/4 cup corn or vegetable oil
1 package of Ranch dressing
2 teaspoons lemon pepper
1 teaspoon dill
1 tablespoon garlic powder (more or less to taste)

Mix the above ingredients.

16-ounce package of hard sourdough pretzels (I usually buy Snyder’s).

Break the pretzels into pieces and put them into a large bowl. Pour the combined liquid over the pretzels and blend well. Place the pretzels on a baking sheet covered with aluminum foil. Bake at 300 degrees for about ten minutes.
