Board Meetings: All scheduled monthly board meetings are posted 48 hours prior to the meeting on the main bulletin board in the clubhouse and a courtesy posting on each building bulletin board near the mailboxes.

2026 Annual Owners Meeting: The 2026 Annual Owners meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, February 10, 2026, at 10 am in the village 6 clubhouse. The first notice was posted, emailed and mailed to those who don’t have email on December 5, 2025. Look for the second mailing that will include the 2026 Owner’s Information Sheet being mailed on the 20th of January.

Women’s Club 2026: A Christmas luncheon was held December 15th at the Dolphin Bar & Shrimp House….you should have been there!  JANUARY Events include a New Years Eve party 12/31/25; Women’s Club meeting 1/6/26; luncheon at the Boathouse 1/12/2026; Welcome Back Party 1/24/26.

2026 CPV6 Fire Pit on the Beach: This was scheduled by a resident for all of CPV6 for February 2nd, 5:00 pm – 11:00 pm (weather permitting). Bring a snack or appetizer dish to share. It tends to be windy at the beach, so please dress appropriately. Stuart Beach Fire Program Ring #2 – Access 19 (Beach Fire Location )

 

Dumpsters and Recycling: Just to reiterate: ALL boxes MUST be broken down and put in the recycling bin(s) and if there is no room in the bin, place your broken down boxes in the dumpster. No furniture, appliances, sinks, flooring of any kind, are to be placed in or at the dumpster. IF in doubt, contact the office. Recyclable items only. NO GARBAGE IN THE RECYCLE BINS.

If the lids don’t close all the way, go to any dumpster or recycle bin in Village 6.

 

Visiting Family and/or Guests: Any visiting family or friends must follow our rules. You should be notifying the office if you have guest(s) staying in your unit when you are not present. If family or friends are visiting you and they have an ESA or Service animal, you are required to notify the office PRIOR to their stay. They MUST follow the same rules for special accommodation as our residents and complete and submit our application with a picture of the animal and a current shot record at least 15 days PRIOR to their arrival. The owner can be fined if their family and/or guests do not follow our rules regarding proper notice and emotional support and service animals.

Additionally, any ESA or Service animal must be on a leash not more than 6 feet in length. Check your Rules and Regulations.

Make sure you receive all association communications by making sure the office has your correct email address, and you have authorized in writing to receive email from the office. You can do this by sending an email to the office manager at cedarpointv6@gmail.com .
