Main Electrical Panel Installations:
Bradford Electric has completed the main electrical panel replacement in ALL
buildings which includes surge protection devices in each building. Thank you ALL for
your cooperation and patience.
Summer has Arrived: Now that the quiet of summer settles in, we may have afternoon
thunderstorms that leave us with beautiful 8 pm sunsets. Get outside, enjoy the pool,
take a walk on the beach, ride your bike, go fishing, take in a free outdoor concert on any given Sunday in downtown at the Riverwalk. Enjoy the outdoors and stay
hydrated.
Hurricane Season: Hurricane season is upon us once again. The office emailed the 2025 Hurricane Preparedness Plan to all who

Property Exemptions and Taxes: Are you taking advantage of all the exemptions you are qualified to have? Do you know there
are more exemptions than the standard homestead exemption? The more exemptions you have the lower your property taxes.

Do you know that you can opt to pay your property taxes on an installment plan? Make application before May 1, 2026 to pay your 2026 property taxes in 4 installments.
Once your application is approved, you do not have to reapply for this installment
feature.
Recycling: Recycling can’t be put in the bins in plastic bags. The bags get caught in the
machine they use to sort the recycling. Your bottles and cans will also take up less space
when loose.
Carry your stuff in the bag, but then empty the loose items into the bin and take your bag back with you, or dispose of it in the
dumpster.
